Stunning apartment with an incredible view even better than the photo’s! I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Massuh’s place - it's spotless, super comfy bed, has everything you could need and is in the heart of the city centre so walking distance to literally every place in town. Massuh is friendly and very responsive - I highly recommend it you won’t be disappointed!
I recently stayed at Emerald Haven and had a fantastic experience! The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The cozy decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the views from the window were stunning, both day and night. Massuh was an exceptional host—very friendly, quick to reply to messages, and genuinely concerned about my stay. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return to Emerald Haven on my next trip to Birmingham. Highly recommended!
Beautiful apartment! The view was incredible to see, we got a perfect view of the sunset and then all the lights, made for amazing photos. The place is at the centre next to the bull ring and train station, which made travelling to our events each day super easy. Security in the building was really friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again!
Had a nice one evening in the luxury apartment Yes, I agree with other comments about train station if you have a very sensitive sleeve the best thing ever take with you some earplugs Because in the morning when the train start move around, you can hear some noises My boyfriend was sleeping for me was little bit loud because I am very sensitive sleep. Everything else in the house you can find it Toilet roll, towels, T and coffee There was even a toothbrush 🪥 everything was very nice 👍😍
Had a brilliant stay here. Amazing view of grand central station. Location was perfect, walk out the building and straight into the bullring shopping center, everything you could want within a few minutes walk! The apartment itself was clean and had everything you could need. Picking up the key from the shop was so simple and was a 5 minute walk from the location. We had such a lovely time here, the only thing we could find fault with was some noise from the train station, but even then it wasn't something we would consider a negative, the view was well worth it! Thank you so much for such a comfortable, cosy little place!
Unbelievable stay in all senses of the word, Massuh went above and beyond to accommodate us, even fulfilling a special request for Valentine’s Day (thank you again!) one of the best places We’ve stayed and definitely the best host. Thank you again Massuh. Would recommend to anyone thinking of coming to Birmingham, the place is lovely and the view was spectacular.
Honestly, I could not have been happier with my stay here. The views are absolutely beautiful, possibly the best in Birmingham. The apartment was spotless, well organised and very comfortable with everything you could possibly need (even a fully stocked spice rack). The building staff were very friendly and helpful too. Everything really did feel premium and well thought out. If you want a luxury stay within the city center, you'll really struggle to find better than this. (p.s. The bakery next door is delicious!)
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Stay in the Heart of Birmingham! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in The Rotunda! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—the check-in process was smooth, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Waking up to the skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows was a highlight of my trip. The space was well-equipped with everything I needed, from a comfortable bed to a fully stocked kitchen. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Birmingham, just steps away from the Bullring, fantastic restaurants, and excellent transport links. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and centrally located stay in Birmingham. I’ll definitely be booking again on my next visit!
Few points for improvement: Getting and dropping keys off could be an easier process for everyone... currently it has to be picked and dropped at a SPAR which if you are driving is a nuisance. There is no WIFI and less than 1 bar of signal to use data. If those can be solved then it is completely perfect.
